Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare is the new Managing Director (MD) of the Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), as nominated by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
This follows the retirement from public service of Pamela Djamson-Tettey, who held the position of GACL MD until February 2022, upon reaching the 60-year-old statutory retirement age.
According to a GACL statement that Fly TV Business was able to view, Yvonne Nana Afriyie Opare’s appointment is effective as of December 24, 2023.
The GACL added that the Board has since been directed to urgently facilitate the exit of the under-listed persons:
