Give me my money and give Ursula Owusu the SIM card to chew on, the irate consumer demanded.

She noted that although her child had registered for the Ghana Card, the sole document needed for the re-registration process, three years prior, they still hadn’t received the card.

She asked that the authorities permit her to withdraw her money so they can keep the SIM and use it whatever they see fit.

My Vodafone SIM card was disabled by them yesterday. When I arrived this morning at approximately six, they said “network,” so I went inside. When I entered, they informed me that my child had already registered for the Ghana Card and that anyone who hadn’t presented their Ghana Card for re-registration of their SIM card should have their account blocked.

“So, how is he going to utilize the phone now that they have disabled the SIM card? If his money is on my phone, they should withdraw it on my behalf as they claimed that when they ban your SIM, your money is also blocked. I ask them to withdraw my money on my behalf and go give Ursula Owusu my SIM card to chew since I’m a single father raising my kids. They should give me my money, she insisted, and go give Ursula Owusu the SIM to chew on.
