Ms. Agnes Teye Cudjoe who is the head of Public Affairs Of WAEC, addressed the media in Accra, she made mention of the issues of the question papers not earlier than 45 minutes before the start of every paper and enhanced strong inspection of malpractice. 422,883 candidates from 977 schools is been administered for the 2022 WASSCE. There are 673 public schools, the number of private schools has decreased from 314 in 2021 to 304 in 2022 due to the folding up of some schools.
The examinational council has made access arrangements for all candidates with their special needs. Ms Teye Cudjoe said “let us be careful not to create unnecessary panic ,stress and fear among candidates in particular and society in general.
