A 3D educator in art and design, the speaker—who was referred to as “a sculptor of some standing”—used the G27 workshop.

At a Watford employment tribunal, it was revealed that the G27 experienced severe and recurrent flooding.

constructive termination

A constructive dismissal occurs when an employee is made to quit their job against their will due to the actions of their employer. There could be a single, grave incident or a string of them that, when considered collectively, are grave.

Employees who have a case for constructive dismissal should quit right away because employers could claim that if they stay, the behavior or treatment was approved.
