The Ghana Registered Nurses‘ and Midwives’ Association (GRNMA) has charged the public authority to expand their pay rates and further develop states of administration.
This comes after the public authority spoke to medical caretakers and other wellbeing experts not to pass on Ghana for different nations to look for greener fields.
Prior, the General Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association (GMA), Dr. Titus Beyuo uncovered that clinical specialists and attendants are leaving the country.
He said mind channel has gotten back to the clinical calling in Ghana.
Talking on TV3 on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, Dr. Beyuo expressed “… right now, specialists, medical caretakers are departing this country in huge numbers, mind channel has returned going full speed ahead.
“I know that since I am the General Secretary of the GMA, I won’t give you figures right away.”
