A 31-year-old Ghanaian lady who worked for a charity that helps sickle cell patients in Ghana and Togo was fatally stabbed in the UK.
According to reports, Johanita Kossiwa Dogbey passed away suddenly on Monday, May 1, in the late afternoon while walking along Stockwell Park Walk in Brixton, south London, United Kingdom (UK).
The death of the young founder of the Odette Foundation was confirmed by the Metropolitan Police.
She was on the phone with her grandmother on the way home after purchasing a gift for her mother’s birthday, the BBC reported. A few meters from her house, a man later identified as Mohamed Nur suddenly struck her from behind.
