The 2023 YGL Aliko Dangote Fellows highlight the most potential African leaders trying to bring about significant change in their respective disciplines notwithstanding persistent challenges.

The cooperation between the Forum of Young Global Leaders, the World Economic Forum, and the Aliko Dangote Foundation, which was established in 2011, is essential to the advancement of Africa’s future leaders. An annual class of Fellows who endeavor to bring about long-lasting change to the continent and the world have benefited from the support of the Foundation for more than ten years.

There are nine young African leaders who are enthusiastic about African issues in this year’s batch of Aliko Dangote Fellows. The 2023 Fellows exhibit the resiliency, ingenuity, and tenacity of Africa’s youth, from healthcare reformers to pioneering female pioneers in politics, the arts, and entertainment.
