Afia in an appreciation video after the burial service, recorded the names of certain people who gave to her. Among the characters she referenced was the Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Madam Akosua Frema Osei-Opare.
As per the entertainer, the Chief of Staff paid for the importation of a final resting place for the internment of her dad and furthermore gave a measure of GH¢50,000.00 for the memorial service.
