Makeup and sweat are not a good combination.
Extensive exercise causes your body to heat up, prompting your sweat glands to secrete more sweat. At that very moment, having makeup on your pores is a bad idea. It can cause a wide variety of skin problems, including spots. Instead, use a gentle cleanser and a toner to get your skin clean. To finish up, use some lotion that doesn’t include oil.
Acne can be caused by blocked pores.
A buildup of cosmetics on top of your skin might irritate your pores and lead to acne. Makeup, debris, and sweat all accumulate in the pores and cause unsightly breakouts. Putting on makeup increases the likelihood that bacteria will adhere to and enter your pores.
Avoid applying foundation and oil-based cosmetics together during physical activity; they’re a disastrous combination.
Causes blackheads if not treated
Health clubs are bacterial hotspots. Your wide pores can cause more than just acne; blackheads are a common side effect as well.
