Both sides of the coin are evident in Africa: countries that are now battling crises have some of the most outrageous gas prices in the world, whilst African nations that are pursuing crises solutions have some of the lowest gas costs in the entire globe.

Libya: The second-cheapest gas prices worldwide are found in this North African nation. Only Venezuela, whose gas costs $0.016 a liter, comes close to it. The price of gasoline in Libya is $0.030 per liter.
Another nation in North Africa that ranks highly on this particular worldwide scale is Algeria. At $0.328 per liter, the nation has the fourth-lowest petrol prices.
Angola: This nation’s fuel price, which was $0.37 per liter in June, is currently $0.362, making it one of the few African nations that is successfully managing the energy issues.

Benin: Despite being one of the cheapest gasoline-producing nations in Africa, Benin is ranked 128th out of 195 nations in terms of oil output. The cost of a liter of fuel there is $0.888.
